Sauron has nine Ringwraiths under his power that search for the One Ring. Frodo finds himself running from these dark riders as he trys to get to Rivendale where the ring will be safe. Once he arrives he finds himself sucked into a whole new adventure, destroying the ring in Mount Doom. There is only one problem, Mount Doom is in the middle of the treacherous land of Mordor! A group of was formed called the Fellowship of the Ring to escort Frodo and the ring to Mount Doom so the ring can be destroyed. Read the Lord of the Rings series to see what happens next. Milkweed is a 208 page book by Jerry Spinelli about a boy who steals food on the streets. This book was based during the Holocaust and part-way through the book, the boy, Misha, is thrown into a ghetto. He finds the family of his friend, Janina, and her family takes him in as their son. Does Misha escape the ghetto, or is he swept away on a train of death. Read the book to find out. I would recommend this book to everyone.
